Education: Catholic Schools Expansion Programme using FastClass
Assembly, together with Dunning Thornton Consulting Engineers, Stephenson&Turner, Motm and Stanley Group Ltd delivered the Catholic Schools Expansion programme across nine sites in the lower North Island. The delivery involved the modular / prefabrication design of a panel system classroom, consent documentation consent (with 5 consenting authorities) and shop drawings fabrication and installation of a variety of classrooms and resource rooms within a 5 month period. These “FastClass” classrooms schools meet or exceed the Ministry of Educations “Modern Learning Environment” requirements.
Assembly Architects Limited is a member of Prefab NZ. For the prefab or modular model we have typically provided service directly to Stanley Group in a design/ build arrangement and work closely with Dunning Thornton Consultants and Motm Architects Ltd.
